Korhan

Korhan is a native of Turkey, with a passion for food and for sharing the flavors, beauty and history of his country with others. Although originating from Cappadocia in Central Anatolia, Korhan lived in many cities in Turkey before returning to Nevsehir in Cappadocia to complete his university studies in Tour Guiding. As a professional licensed tour guide, he has worked for more than five years right across Turkey for a number of well-known international travel providers. Not only did Korhan grow up eating the traditional foods of Turkey, but he has also enjoyed recommending these to his guests. Korhan has much experience in advising restaurants and food markets to his guests in numerous cities and villages in Turkey, giving him a thorough insight into the local flavors of each region and ensuring he is well-versed in Turkish food culture. He is now excited to share his love of Turkish food with others, and finds it quite an easy task to accompany his guests to the types of marketplaces that he was shopping at with his grandparents as a young boy.
