Bhutan: The country that took my heart away

On a beautiful 1 week trip to the world's happiest country "Bhutan". One can feel the magic just on entering the border. This negative carbon country will fill your lungs with never ending oxygen that will pump you up for your adventure ahead :)

Day 2: Chelela Pass has a breathtaking view. And then visit to beautifully architecture of Paro Takatsang. And by the way, Paro river flows right through the whole city making it magically beautiful to witness.
Prayer flags can be seen in almost every part of the country. Its so soothing to see them waving at you creating an aura of happiness and peace 😇

And we are headed to Tiger Nest Monastry today. The adventurous hike to the monastry with beautiful views along the way is simply out of this world. You wont feel a bit of tiredness once you see where you are heading. The monastry is so calming and beautiful inside, that you simple forget everything for once when you sit there listening to those sacred chants by holy monks.

On our way to Thimpu. Dochula pass was covered with mist all along when we visited there. They drizzling just added to our scenery a bit more abd we enjoyed the view thoroughly.

Went local sightseeing in Thimpu. Tried hands on  archery (national sport of Bhutan).
Also wore Kira, traditional Bhutanese dress for ladies. Oh it was such a good experience:)

Went to beautiful Buddha point in Thimpu. Huge Buddha statue is just majestic and the view from up there is out of the world. You get to see the whole Thimpu town in one glance.
We were also lucky enough to witness a beutiful cultural program in Thimpu which had a beautiful local dance and was attended by many local people
