MY GOAN DIARIES
We all lots of expectations when the topic of interest is Goa. Those energetic beaches, sea fresh air, luxurious casino and the hostel life(p.s. its was the highlight of my trip). I had planned of a trip to goa for many years (like you) and the day was finally here. I packed the bags and hopped on the train and you wake up, your dream is here. the humid weather , stinking fish smell and the great arabian sea.
day 1:
As planned earlier, along with my friend , we checked into our hostel (rs.600/night )in the old and beautiful Fontainhas. The hostel was beautiful. I took a walk down the fontainhas road and glimpsed the architectural beauty and the people were authentic. we rented scooter, went to bambolim beach for quiet time on the beach , then onto miramar beach for sunset(it was beautiful). We then went to the immaculate conception church and took rest in front of it, had dinner, went back to the hostel.
day 2:
the next day we had booked a hostel near vagator and anjuna beach. The crowd there were amazing and friendly. we checked out anjuna beach and bought some beach clothing and rested there till sunset and went to baga beach for dinner. the night in baga is so colourful and existing.
day 3:
It is the day we all wanted to celebrate, Holi in Goa, partying to the DJ and going to music festival. We made some more friend they were so awesome and changed the experince we had till then. We went to a pool party in assagao. It was the highlight of the day. we enjoyed so much and celebrated holi like no other days. Its now the time for the late night party at Lumina by the beach. we party till 3 and went to a beach besides the club for a stroll on the beach and enjoying the feeling of the waves flowing between your legs. the full moon in the sky , lighting the whole beach with as much cool glow as possible. party over. time for sleep.
day 4:
It was planned we'll be leaving goa by the 4th day. we bid adieu to the fellow friends. we were already missing the goan life. Chapora fort it is( was it crowded!, every one wanted to feel the "dil chahta hai" movie vibes). It was holi weekend, who are we kidding. Then to Calangute to take the beach air for one last time. Panaji, we are back, thanks for hosting us.
Goa, I miss You.
