#RUSHI_GUMPHA - #THE_SECOND_GUPTESWARA_CAVE_OF_ODISHA
Our is a country full of scenic and picturesque spots. Odisha is a state of our Incredible India ,
"India's best kept secret" which has many beautiful spots. It's like the mother nature has blessed us. We have Mountains , Hill , Waterfalls and Caves , Wildlife and many more astonishing places. We Indians are among the theists and Surprisingly there are many shrines whose existence is made by our God's and our Mother Nature, as believed by our people. Amongst the resplendent places , caves are the places with a rich history.
Adventurous explorer Mr. Subhasish Dash | Nature enthusiast explored.
Finally I Got news from the area , the natural Cave named " #RUSHI_GUMPHA " which is Situated in the midst of greenery and forestry i.e in the Hemgir Forest Range , which is the vicinity of Ghogharpali village , Belimunda which comes under the Sundergarh District. Trip was on last Saturday. & The exterior of the cave is full with greenery and forestry which making the view very alluring. The forest Was densely populated with sal / mahua and Sisu trees. Sundergarh is an area rich in minerals & forestry. "Town wander Natural Hill Station". and this particular region is rich in limestone and beneath it is a reservoir of Coal. Describing the beauty of the cave in word's is next to impossible. Since these beauties of nature can only be felt. The feeling of peace , calmness and a weired feeling of happiness can be felt in the lap of our mother nature. After the long travel. I reached this place , there is no proper road , the villagers of ghogharpali made the road to the unbelievable cave.
This cave is not like any ordinary cave. The more you go inside the cave , the more suprised you will be. The length of the cave is more than 6km as said by the Villagers and Mr.Mahdab chandra barik , General Secretary of Rushi gumpha villager of Ghogharpali .Since the cave has confusing ways, many people have lost their ways, the cave is very long but till date no one had gone more than 6km.
In the entrance of the cave there is a board mentioning " Do not Split inside the cave" and "keep your shoes outside the cave ".
The entrance of the the cave is 3m height and nearly 2m wide . After going straight , nearly after 100m the width of the caves becomes larger than 4m. At this point there is a 2ft height gap and water is flowing from the cave of the wall where there is gap between the Rock. There is an elevation, which can be climed easily. There are 4 ways here . By going straight again after 300m there are two path inside the cave . In one path , there are only cockroaches , Bats and Dark rocks which is the way of 6km the danger ahead nd making it difficult to travel further in that path. Where as in the other path there is a shrine where there is a Shiv Lingam . Surprisingly due to the flow of water falling from upper wall ,there are sculptures like things. Since, it is made up limestone , due to continuous flow of water these artistic structure have come into existence. These structures gives a felling like some early human sculpted it and you will feel like it's an ancient temple 's architecture
