Itinerary

Day 1

NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok (120 km in 4-5 hours)
Meeting and greet on arrival at the railway station or the airport
Transfer to Gangtok (5,410 ft.), the capital of Sikkim
On arrival, check-in to the hotel
The evening is free at leisure
Overnight stay in Gangtok

Day 2

After breakfast, start for an excursion to Changu Lake (12,312 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.)
It is 55 km from Gangtok city one way (starts 7:30 am – 3:30 pm)
Overnight stay in Gangtok
Optional tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14000 ft.) on China Border can also be arranged (Except Mon, Tue) for Indian Nationals only at an additional cost
Documents will be required seven days prior to departure for Nathula Pass

Day 3

Gangtok - Pelling (117 km/5 hrs) via Namchi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel
Get a transfer to Pelling (6,100 ft.) via Namchi covering Char Dham & Samdruptse Monastery
On arrival, check-in to the hotel
Overnight stay in Pelling

Day 4

Pelling sightseeing - Darjeeling (117 km/5 hrs)
After breakfast, start for a half-day sightseeing
Visit Kanchenjunga Waterfalls, Rimbi Waterfalls & Khecheopalri Lake
In the afternoon, get a transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft.)
Enjoy the scenic beauty of Rangeet River Valley on the way
On arrival, check-in to the hotel
Overnight stay in Darjeeling

Day 5

Early morning at 4:00 am, drive to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak)
On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop
After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock and Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed)
Also, visit Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda (4 hours from 9.00 to 13.00 hours)
The evening is free at leisure
Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Optional evening (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) toy train joy ride can be done on this day at an additional cost
Tickets can be booked online through IRCTC {From - DJ To - DJRZ} and cab waiting charges would be applicable if required

Day 6

Darjeeling – NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (98 km / 3 hours)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel
Transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey
