Base category rooms will be booked in the hotel. In case of non-availability, we can book upper category rooms at extra cost if you want the same hotel else we will provide same price hotels.

Children age 5-12 will charge as per child without an extra bed.

Hotels have their policies for Room Heater, WIFI, Swimming pool, Spa and these can be availed at an extra cost. We only confirm the room with a meal plan.

Hotels: Most of the time hotels mentioned in this quote will be provided.

Standard check-in time is 12 pm or similar and check out time is 10 AM (These also vary as per hotel). Early check-in and/or late checkout will be according to availability and may be chargeable. The price of the same will be paid directly to the hotel by you.

Itinerary provided in this quote is indicative. It may change before or during the trip if required.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

If the trip is cancelled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 50% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 75% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 0-7 days before the starting date, 95% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

In the case of no Show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

Note: No of days for cancellation will be counted by the first contract and check-in time and date. The first contact will be considered when you send first email/whatsapp to our salesperson for cancellation request.
