Uttarakhand: Unexplored beauty (Delhi-Rishikesh-Kunjapuri-Tehri Dam-Delhi)

Day 1

Laxman Jhula

DAY 1: Its Friday, I have taken off from my office to make this trip happen.

Day 2

its morning 8 am we woke up at 6am and started our first day journey towards Narendra Nagar its almost 16km from Rishikesh.............then.............toward tehri......................Now we are here in very famous temple: Maa Kunjapuri Devi Temple! you can have a look at pictures! bingo....!

Bhagirathi Puram Tehri Garhwal

Its 1pm: we are heading towards tehri taking another route from Bhagirathi puram........its 1:30pm we are clicking some photographs in THDC guest house.....beauty of hills is inexpressible in words!

Tehri Dam

its 9am: we are heading towards the tehri.....but.........once we reach Chamba.......we will take route towards Tehri Dam which is situated in Purani (old) Tehri!

New Tehri

2:30pm: we stopped in Tehri for lunch.....delicious Pahadi cuisine (Daal, Bhat, and Aallo ki Thechwani).......wow its moth watering! isn't it?

Day 3

Rishikesh

Morning 9am: Breakfast done/ Departed towards Delhi...!

Gurgaon

its morning 8 am I am ready to take off......Hurrah!

10am: When we have started with google map...it has take us from some Upper Ganga canal road.............we are here at Jain shikanji stall..............breakfast done!

1:30pm: we are close to the Laxman Jhula! hotel checked inn done/lunch done taking some rest.

5pm: Exploring Triveni ghat market and Evening ganga aarti.....wow!

9pm: Dinner is done guys.......tata!
