Day 1

JIM CORBETT NATIONAL PARK👻

DEHRADUN!🔥

1) PLAN TO CATCH TRAIN TO KATHGODAM!!( To visit nainital)
We r batch of 4 friends!!
All of us r from different places in andhra pradesh!!
We all met at Hyderabad airport..where our journey started ( on feb 27th 2020)
We catch flight to delhi( at 11.30am) from Hyderabad!!
We reached delhi at 2.pm!!
BUT our train to kathgodam from delhi is at 10.05 pm( Rhaniket express)

2)PROBLEMS FACED::IN the gap from 2 pm to 10 pm...we planned to visit 3 places in delhi( REDFORT; WASTE OF WONDERS:; QUTUB MINAR)
But...we are able to cover only Redfort!!
We faced problem finding restaurants!!

Dos: better plan ur restaurant ... before..
( There r no good restaurants near redfort)
Finally we went to KAAROBAAR...( In karol bagh)
Its 10 km away from redfort..i guess...
Its food was great ( mainly butter chicken 😋😋)
Restaurant is small...but food it makes is yummy😋

From KAAROBAAR.. RAILWAY station ( old delhi)
Is 6 km..
We could able to reach railways by 9.pm
And boarding of ranikhet express is done!!!

Experience of ranikhet express ( from delhi to kathgodam)::
We booked sleeper!!
Its avg.. 2.5 or 3/5
My advice would be...to take 3A for that!!

Day 2

Jim Corbett National Park

TRIP TO JIM CORBETT NATIONAL PARK!

we reached kathgodam by 5 am!!
Waiting room in railway is good!!
Its very clean
It feels like a hotel room
Railway station was empty ( 5 am early in the morning)

We prebooked slot in jimcorbett national park!!
Based on reviews!! We planned for DHIKALA ZONE!!
its more costlier than other zones!
It cost 1k per person!!( Excluding tax)

ADVICE;; PREBOOK SLOT BEFORE...It helps to select better slot on ur convinence!!( Or else u have to adjust whether slot or timing) becoz number of slots r lesser!!!

Good things we did::
We booked swift desire for 4 days( jim Corbett; nainital :;binsar; and drop us back at kathgodam railway station)...From DADA TRAVELS I GUESS
its cost is 10K FOR 4 days!!

Advice::: BETTER ADVICE IS TO TAKE TAXI FOR 4 DAYS... RATHER THAN TAKING SEPERATELY( IT COSTS U MORE)

We started journey from kathgodam railway station ..to jim Corbett national park by swift desire

On the way..we have seen JIM CORBETT MUSEUM
AND CORBETT WATERFALLS
this r not must watch...but..if u have time..have a look at it( BOTH OPENS BY 9 AM)

GOOD THINGS WE DID::
Driver...who came with us..is familiar about this!!
So..we didn't got problem anywhere regarding location ( if u don't have guide...it may get difficult to get location!!)

We reached ramnagar!!
From where we r shifted to whether gipsy or CANTER

FOR us it was CANTER!!

Advice:: its better to prefer gipsy over Canter based on my experience!!( U will have better privacy and better intraction with guide)

We started journey from 11.30 am in ramnagar!! In Canter
From ramnagar...we reached jim Corbett national park by 12.30

TIP:: DHIKALA ZONE STARTS earlier than other zones
6 am in mrng
And 11.30 am in evng slot

Experience:: DON'T EXPECT LIKE SEEING WILD ANIMALS PASSING BEFORE UR VEHICLES!!
That's very rare...u see that

Its gives experience...how forest life looks like!!
Like u go deep into forest
We saw deers and ( crocodile and tiger at very far distance ~1.5 km with binoculars!!)

So don't expect seeing animals.( U will have zoo seperately for that purpose)::
Its only for experience of zoo!!

About food:: u can take ur own food( but ur not supposed to throw it outside car)
There is seperate canteen in the end..( taste is avg...u can find egg and Maggie)
There is seperate restaurant with buffet experience ( only veg)
We were back to ramnagar by 6 pm

And we started journey to naukuchiathal!! And we check in in club Mahindra naukuchiathal!!

Its end of day 2!!
