Delhi is Capital of our country and I believe also food capital of India. So much of must try and not to be missed kind is available. I will take you thru this journey as I explore them.  
1. Sitaram Diwan Chand - Chole Bhature      Since 1970

Extremely good and delicious tasty Bhature with chole with mix pickle and green chillies.  If on weekdays pls do not take ur own car and as they are located in busy lane. 

2. Old famous Jalebi Wala (yes this is shops name)
They serve finger thick Jalebi made in desi ghee since 1884 only 135 year old shop. Rabdi is served as topping and combination  is extremely yummy.
Pls park your car in Chandni Chowk parking either walk down or
take cycle rickshaw to reach there.
