The airport has launched a cool new service that lets you drop your baggage yourself at a special machine. No more talking to grumpy staff or waiting in long lines! Just scan your boarding pass, tag your luggage, and load it onto the belt. Then watch it zoom away to your plane. Easy peasy!
More Domestic & International Airlines To Join Soon
This awesome service is only for domestic passengers of IndiGo airlines right now, but soon more airlines, including Air India, Vistara, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and British Airways, will join the self-baggage drop revolution, making it possible for international travellers to take advantage of this time-saving amenity.
How It Works
The airport has 14 self-baggage drop machines at T3, and most of them are fully automated. They can handle heavy bags up to 120kg and serve three passengers per minute. That's super fast!
