So left from Delhi to kasol by bus

Bus fare was 1000

Reached kasol at 7:30 in the morning . the bus dropped me at kasol market and I was going to stay at the hosteller which was a walking distance from there ( make sure to ask your bus driver to drop you at kasol many buses run till bhuntur only) then went to the hosteller the check in time is 1 o clock so rested in common area then after getting a room I got ready and went to the kasol market here you will get all the trippy things some good views
Then I went to mannikarn gurudwara which also has a hot spring and a way too peaceful place
.then went for a challal hike its a 45 minutes walk from kasol market . its a nice river side place you will love sitting by there and relaxing. You also can check some cool cafes around kasol market
My suggestion would be little Buddha

After getting ready we left for beharsani from where the kheerganga trek begins kheerganga trek is 10-12 km you will get small cafes in between it takes 4-6 hours of trekking to reach the top given your physical condition is good or OK in between the way there are beautifull views a river and a waterfall you go to top crossing all these taking a short break in between in a good idea have Maggie or an  omelet with tea don't forget to take a trekking stick with you it will help a lot and if you don't have it you can take it from beharsani at ₹ 30 . you dont really need a guide for this trek still you can be on the safe side . there are two ways to the top one through jungle another through village I took jungle for going to top after reaching the top there are many campsites you can stay at any one of then there is a common area at each camp site you can play games enjoy the view or just relax.

We woke up and then trek a little and you will reach hot water spring named kheerganga here you can take bath and then go back to camp site have break fast then sit for while enjoy the view then start trekking downwards towards beharsani
This time we took village Wala route cause we wanted to get both the ways then we reached beharsani took rest at the cafe then took a vehicle towards kasol then evening we had bus towards Delhi

Reached Delhi by morning 9
