Amritsar - a perfect family trip

Here the trip started, I took direct flight from Mumbai to Amritsar as I am staying in pune, my parents started from Agartala,Tripura via flight as that is my homestate. You can check alternative in train or flight upto Delhi , but that will make journey more hectic not that much difference in flight fare. You cannot believe I booked best oyo rooms in only 1000 rupees for 2 days near station area in main road which is almost 1-2 km far from golden temple. After reaching there we took a local rickshaw ,went to golden temple for darshan , I must say you can see golden hearted people there, even you can feel the serenity and peace once you visit the beautiful place. 24*7 free langar and seva are available ,you can also stay there . Also jaliwanwalabag , Partition museum all the historical places are situated by walking distance . You can buy some Patiala suits and enjoy the lassi from local market.

We went to golden temple again, local auto or cab is available from golden temple area for Wagah border or full day city tour. We booked a cab at 1200 rupees for full-day which is Normal,fix and same as ola or uber price for limited timing. We visit first durgiana temple which is also a beautiful Durga Mandir along with Radha Krishna temple, after that we started for Wagah border where we enjoyed the patriotic show which last for 1 hour and India-Pakistan flag hosting etc. One must visit the Wagah border once to enjoy the great show full with crowd. The show ended around 7pm, after that we went to "Sadda-pind" which is a famous place in Amritsar where we enjoyed the family dinner ,enjoyed the village theme and traditional dances ,camel ride and other activities. After that we back to golden temple where we enjoyed the night view and serenity for the last time, even at night 11pm the place was full of crowd. We went to hotel after 1 hour, our journey ended here. Next morning we went to delhi from amritsar for relative's house. Here is some glimpse of our last day in Amritsar
