The route of Everest Base Camp Trek is moderately difficult, and few instances will be very strenuous. In this trek, you will be trekking to an altitude of 17,600 ft passing through the quaint villages, grassy paths, steep rocks etc. You will be trekking in the trails of the footsteps of legendary adventurers and mountaineer like Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary. The itinerary may vary sometimes in case of climatic condition at high altitudes.
If the pickup or drop is arranged from or to the place other than the reporting point then the transportation shall be charged extra (as per actuals).
Mules or porters’ charges to carry luggage or any kind of personal expenses will be beard by the client himself.
It is advisable not to consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the trek.
Avoid trekking during the nights.
The trek takes place through eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites or campsites.

In any case you missed your flight to Lukla from Kathmandu which often happens here due to small airport of Lukla and unpredicted wind and weather conditions of Lukla. The adverse weather condition of Lukla Airport occasionally mean that flight from Kathmandu cannot cooperate . In that case We will try for next day possible fly which will be at no extra cost. Meanwhile the rest day will be not provided in Lukla and rest of itinerary will be same . If in any circumstance flight cancelled on 2nd day as well then you may opt for chopper service which will be cost you at 22-25k (INR)/person as per sharing basis. The flight fair will be refund to you .
For any trek cancellation, we should be informed at least one week prior to the trek.
No cancellation charges if cancel before 7 days of trek start date (100% refund except bank charges and GST)
In case the cancellation is not made before one week then you can keep your money safe by informing us and can go for same or another trek on some other date as well. (at least before 3 days no refund if cancelation made in between 3 days of trek staring date )
If cancelation happens due to harsh weather condition or no fly then we will offer you some another trek of same value . Money will not refund in such case .
