It was our 5th Wedding anniversary and wanted to do something different and unique. We decided to book a cruise seacation for 2 nights, ditching the usual 5star resorts. The idea of being on a cruise was exciting, making us sing 'Pyaar ki kashti Mein'.
We thought let’s go ahead with the booking as a one-time experience. But to be honest, now that we are back - we want to go for another cruise Seacation. It was totally worth it!!
We travelled from Mumbai to Goa, had a 6-7 hours excursion at Goa and then back to Mumbai spanning across 2 nights and 3 days.
Since the experience is luxurious, the price is premium as well. However, if you compare it with a top 5 star resort in Mumbai / Pune, it would be around the same. The cost includes - the stay, food and most experiences on board. The tour cost us about 44K for 2 people for the entire duration.
The cruise has 10 decks and has ample of activities to keep you entertained. There are many shows and events for all age groups and I assure that it is an experience that you will not be able to forget and want to experience again!
Some of the things not to miss, while onboard are - Dining at the Starlight restaurant, Enjoying shows - specially the Oye Balle Balle Show, trying your luck at the Casino, Enjoying Pool parties, view from the sun deck.
The cruise staff is courteous and plays an important role in making the journey memorable!!
