The global vippasana Pagoda is in the borivali side of Mumbai , which can be reached in a jetty from gorai,visited by many people from other parts of the world. The Pagoda seems to be a eye catching with it's unique structure.
Global vippasana Pagoda resembles the architecture of Myanmar, most of the things are donated by the people of Myanmar.
The global vippasana has its own audio visual room which explains the journey of the Pagoda and it's importance in the Buddhism. And the major attraction are the paintings of Buddha which actually made on his life.
The main sanctum is still under renovation,one can meditate by using the programme, not everyone can meditate, the general public can see the sanctum from the viewing gallery.
There is small canteen which serves the local cuisine as well as refreshments
