Can you imagine a very beautiful place with flowing river slowly, beautiful roads and without many humans. Many of us heard about Jim corbat, ramnagar but here i am talking about other side of this place that is Girjiya Temple.
Distance:- Almost 480 km (journey of 5 hours) from delhi and 90 km from my home town(Moradabad) so it took me only 1 and half hour to reach there by road which was really beautiful and short trip.
Connectivity:- it is well connected by road, by rail and by bus.
Expense:- per person was less than 500 (Including meal, travel and everything except accommodations)
first of all we reached at that place parking is a bit far so you may have to walk for almost 500 meter to reach river side. There is small local market as well on your way which has really cute and useable stuff . You would feel like you are in Haridwar but this place is less crowded and therecis more nature. I am telling you, you immediately feel calm when cold wind will hit your face and sound of flowing river make your ear dance.
Here is beautiful pictures of view you will witness when you will put your first step on bridge of girjiya devi mandir.
Its kind of ritual there first you have to take a bath in river then you can visit temple.
Small huts are maintained there by localities in which you can change your clothes take rest and have meal . Above side there is a place where they provide very tasty food free of cost which is called bandhara after devi darshan you can have it. Here is the glimpse of temple,
After visiting temple we road back to moradabad and enjoyed our way back in a really good restuarant in the wood.
it was road trip to really cheap place which was more than worth it. You should give it a try to this place.
