Guwahati to Sacred Forest
Start you journey from Guwahati early morning after breakfast and via Shillong reach Mawphlang by afternoon.
Take a short halt in the mid of the town visiting Don-Bosco Museum and Elephanta Falls.
Camp at Mawphlang and halt for the night with all availablity along with Music & Bonfire.
Wake up early and enjoy the 1st ray of the sun. After breakfast, start your Trek through Sacred Forest. Enjoy the amazing beauty of Flora, monolithic stones, streams and Hill side.
After 5-6 hr of Trek reach Lad Mawphlang where you will find your cab waiting. Drive back to Shillong for resting the Night. Entering the town visit Laitlum if time allows . Enjoy the local market with rock Cultural folks & ethnic street food. Halt for the night.
After breakfast, move downhill to reach Guwahati, on the way back take a short halt at Umium View Point. Enjoy your lunch in Guwahati then proceed to Airport/Railway Station or wherever needed.
