Between 30 days to the commencement of the trip, complete refund will be provided

Between 30 to 15 days before the commencement of the trip, 40% of the trip amount will be refunded

Between 15 days to 7 days before the commencement of the trip, 15% of the trip amount will be refunded

Less than 7 days before the commencement of the trip, no refund can be processed

COVID SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY

We recognize the significant uncertainty tourists are now facing when trying to make travel plans. Offbeat Tracks is committed to monitoring and amending our approach to travel during these uncertain times by providing guests with both flexibility and security during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please note that in case of a lock down announced by the government during the trip, a credit note of 100% will be provided to the guest travelling that can be utilised at any period for the next two years from the date of travel.

In case someone traveling comes down with COVID during the trip, we will provide complete assistance to find the nearest health centre and medical assistance wherever needed.

However, there will be no refund on the trip amount ( taxi, meals, experiences and accommodation) in case a guest comes down with COVID during the course of the trip.

The regular Offbeat Tracks cancellation policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
