Early wake up and get ready to some adventure and head to solang vallay by bus from mall road bus stand at Rs 20
En route, we enjoyed beautiful views until we reached Solang Valley. We were a bit disappointed to find it completely dry, with no snow. But there was still hope at Anjani Mahadev Temple, 2 kilometers away, where we heard there was snow. We ate a quick meal of maggie and purchased a package for Anjani Mahadev that cost us Rs 1500 and included costumes, shoes, a horse ride, ziplining, tube riding, and skiing.
We took the 2-kilometer horse ride up the mountainside, witnessing live snowfall along the way. Finally, at the top, we were greeted with plenty of snow! We took a deep breath and enjoyed all the activities, playing in the snow to our hearts' content.
Afterward, we headed back toward Mall Road. Unfortunately, no bus was available, and with Manali Mall Road being 12 kilometers away, we decided to walk. After walking 6 kilometers, a taxi driver stopped and asked if we wanted a ride to Mall Road. We agreed, paid Rs 200, and arrived at our hotel. We took some time to rest and then headed out for dinner at a Chinese restaurant, ending our day with an overnight stay at our hotel.
Today's adventure cost a total of Rs 5480 for our group of three. Here's how it breaks down:
Breakfast: Rs 120
