Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking. Prices may vary at the time of booking.

Pricing of the package is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.

Cost of expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.

Any other items not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’ are not included in the cost of the package

The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.

Providing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage

Price is calculated for per passenger on a twin-sharing basis.

Tickets and briefing sheet will be delivered 2 days prior to the departure date.

Full payment is required before the departure.

If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 20% of tour cost.

If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost.

If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75%of tour cost.

In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100%of tour cost.

The description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package.

The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond the control of the Oh My Guide Travel Pvt Ltd.

Fog alert notice: Oh My Guide Travel Pvt Ltd will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days shown in the tour itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any tour of any airlines due to any reason including fog or bad weather and the tickets are issued to the above condition also.

Kindly be advised Oh My Guide Travel Pvt Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of flights due to fog or any other technical reason.

Its airlines' responsibility to provide a suitable connection in such conditions. Also, be advised we cannot be held responsible for refusal/Denial of Visa and applicable cancellation charges will be charged.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
