As the global pandemic situation fears every corner of the world, staying at home and having a throwback at your old travel memories is the only option available for exploring! I completed my Tripoto 15 day - travel throwback blog few days ago, where I mentioned my last trip before the lockdown. Now, here I got an another opportunity to share that memory before you all once again!
The last trip I went on to before the complete shutdown was a short bike trip to one of the most famous beaches of Konkan, viz. Nivati beach. As I live in the town of Kudal for my studies, colleges were shut, soon after the festival of Holi and prior to the nation-wide lockdown. So, to tackle down this boredom, I decided to take a short bike trip to a nearby beach. Nivati beach is situated in Vengurla taluka, somewhere between 25-30 km from Kudal in Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra, which itself forms a beautiful part of Konkan. It is surrounded by a fort, known as Nivati fort. It's obvious, when you live in Konkan, there are so many places and beaches nearby, which you can explore in a day at anytime! Best time to visit such places are mostly in the evening. The weather becomes pleasant, while listening to the shores, enjoying blue skies and yellow sand.
The place here is so quite and peaceful, that you can enjoy on your own, click pictures, give yourselves some time to refresh and think, also enjoy the climate! At the end, I would like to share some pictures to the viewers who can enjoy it from home itself!
