When 2021 started and normalcy was resumed I was backpacking through Maharashtra romancing in the Konkan. I came across a remote village amidst the dense forest looking for adventure one evening when I came across this sight. On a closer look, I was stunned and amazed to see this.
Isn't it ironic how social media came into existence to erase distances yet it has increased the distance of understanding between the urbans and rurals.
What we call adventure/ hardship is a daily routine for some. With a smile on the face finding food and fighting survival is considered as treasure. The smoke releasing from fire releasing all his worries for the day.
This did make me question about an important aspect of life.
'Are we really ambitious that we crib when we don't get what we desire or are we too ignorant to appreciate what we have inherited?'
