Hello everyone, so finally after not a short but a long break I am here to tell you one more travel story from my bag pack.

Day 1

You might know unplanned trip are the best one's. And I literally did that. Out of nowhere on the night on 11th Sept around 11.30 PM,I made my mind of taking the trip of Pune-Bombay-Palghar (friends to join in Bombay). and to relive the paradise that awaits us, especially for the bikers. With so much of excitement no wonder even my sleep said goodbye to me and me ending up with no sleep that night. Sounds interesting right?? Riding solo for 150 KMS without sleep seems adventurous right? So wait for the end .

Packed my entire stuff including essentials like tripod, selfie stick, charger, toolkit for my COLOMBUS(BIKE), I call it Columbus, because its a brocode between me COLOMBUS. Started from Hinjewadi at 6.00 in the morning. My 1st stop was at pimpri Chinchwad as I had to collect some of my stuff from my cousin. And that was it post that the route was clear and there were no unwanted halts/stops, However the best thing about Solo riding is you are the owner of the road, I mean you can stop wherever you want to and for how much ever time you feel like.

HUMKO BOMBAI JAANA HAIN BOMBAI...!!

Time:8.00 AM-फर्स्ट गियर लगया और निकल पाडा मुसाफिर आपनी मंज़िल की और.The morning was refreshing ,riding after almost 4-5months, I was little nervous but neverminded as such things are bound to happen and they are somewhere back of your mind.Riding through Dehu road and old Pune-Mumbai Highways not over speeding but enjoying the gust of winds kissing me .The best part about the old Pune-Mumbai highways are the eateries along the route as you proceed and no doubt why it is paradise of the bikers and riders.

Time:9.30 AM__ The 1st stop was not for snacks, breakfast or a rest stop but just to capture some random moments happening in and around that area. Being a Saturday it was a happening and a joyful weekend as all the bikers, cycle enthusiasts hit the road and me being 1 of them cruising solo. Waited at that spot for approximately 30-40 Minutes to capture some photos, timelapse, videos.Post that I proceeded for my SAFAR towards BOMBAY.

Time 11.00 AM-My next stop was a small village Named KUNE Village, Khandala . I have been to Lonavala Multiple times sometimes from Bombay and in the recent times from Pune. I had never seen this piece of art .The main attraction which made me visit this place was this beautiful and scenic lake that it has. Most of us would have never witnessed this beauty on our way to Lonavala.

Time:3.45 PM- Once I started from Khandala I preferred not taking any stops further ,because reaching BOMBAY before 4.00-4.30 PM was very important given 2 reasons.1)I had a small work which was pending since a long time and 2)MUMBAI KA TIRAAAFIIIIC. The climate was Beautiful and I have no words for the the route. It's surely a PARADISE for BIKERS. Actually I had seen the weather forecast for Pune,Lonavala,Khandala,New Bombay and Bombay the night before and luckily it worked until Panvel. After crossing Panvel on entering Belapur it was drizzling and that turned into light showers in Vashi and heavy rains in Ghatkopar-Andheri route. Since staying back was not the plan but to proceed to Palghar for a trip with my friends the very next day, unfortunatley it got cancelled due to couple of reasons ,so I had to stay back and I had not made any booking for the same in advance. After some time I found a reasonable and a decent hotel(Hotel Aifa Residency-Saki Naka). To check-in Arogya Setu app is mandatory for every guest and medical certificate is optional .If you have it its well and good and if you don't than no worries. I got an AC room for 1200 RS for a night and the costed me 300 RS which was good enough. That's reasonable enough when it comes to a city like BOMBAY and in Andheri.

Time:8.00 AM-I had planned to leave early morning on the 12th of September. But plans change so I left at 8 in the morning towards my base location PUNE.Being born and brought up in Bombay I had never witnessed such less traffic in years. The roads looked wide enough , hardly crowded with vehicles. I reached Panvel by 9.10 AM and was in search of petrol pump as after Panvel the old highway would start.

Time:9.30 AM-A tip to begin with. Kindly carry cash preferably card as some petrol pumps do not accept UPI. So after refueling I took a stop for breakfast. While having breakfast I saw the most happiest Person on my this trip. Such innocence and that precious smile .

DEKHNA ZARUR.

Time:2.15 PM I reached Dehu road and while on the way captured and shot this video ,just a glimpse of my travel video( entire video was shot on a phone ,no action camera was used).

Time:3.00 PM-That's it FOLKS.I reached back home at 3.00 PM.

Some tips for your next travel/road trip during covid.

1)Carry your own sanitizer.

2)If possible carry medical disposable hand gloves.

3) Also I witnessed that at certain places social distancing had gone for a toss, However when we travel it is our responsibility to do the same. KEEP TRAVELLING.KEEP EXPLORING.
