Night to Kalsubai MT of Maharashtra 5400 ft

We took a train from CST to kasara  at 6:00 Pm in evening and reach at 8:00 in night at kasara railway station, kasara a small village and last point of central railway local Mumbai. Hence we come out from a station and enquirers about the buss that goes towards Akole, there are two buss in night which travel from Kasara to Akole one was at 9:00 Pm. It was a small village some number of shop are therw, so we decided to have a dinner we did it and, get some snacks like bread any jam, biscuits for next day. our buss was on time we get into buss and buss check out destination, we reach till 11:00 pm, it was black out every were wind are flowing there was a present nature.
             The trek had describe as having medium difficult, and that certain seemed to be the case, at out set..  hence we are new to that place we came according there was a name plated to way kalsubai named. At the tap of 11:30 we started climbing, there are sarval trekker are there with there group. It was present night,because of half moon and weekend as Saturday so all were gathered and set our touch and started climbing while trekking in night we see their are wheat grains farm every where.

Kalsubai Peak Muddy Ways : hence it was 1:00 in mid night we made several stops along the way to regroup and recharge our batteries as there are people of varying ages and experience. Manny of this points provide amazing views of the surrounding sahyadri . The topography varied form. muddy treks to rocky sleeps and sleepy steps, with patches of plateaus, there are man made stairs case at serval spots to support asecent. mentally , thanked my stars to have a good trekking shoes with me.
           In between clod, wind batring down upnon, violent gust of wind trying to knock us down and gravity attempt to gobble us up if we made these were the condition which got me wondering, Hey what's on earth was I thinking of when of when I signed up for this! but all that vanished in a trics, one the euphoria of Higgins made it to the kalsubai the highest pack in Maharashtra at 5400 feet kicked in .
      Around the the 50% completion mark we came across a stall selling hot tea and other snack, there are sarval snack shops in between, we have some tea and other snack there.. I tried to estimate the daily earnings of the shop it turned out he pocketed between Rs 2000 to 8000 a day, depending on the season, with the mansoon begin a busy period...

Kalsubai Peak Temple :
         After a brief but sates trying we covered the last leg of our expedition and reached the top within an hour, around 3:30 Am in mid night on top.
Nothing could have prepared me for the scenic winds holding there position . some number of people gathered some were huddled together, to could move there was a small, mandir to pay respect to kalsubai Devi, whose wall offered some protection from the element .
   finally feeling proud to be complete Maharashtra Highest Peak...

              Returned Towards Back : During the assent, I see that the return journey would be more arduous as due to gravity, we would have lesser control over our movement. The descent turned out be much easier and faster, we touched a based within 3 hours around 11:00 pm in mid morning. As we look back the stand with proudly MT of Maharashtra, as we come near there was an hotel where we done lunch. After in some we catch a buss in 1:00 pm and reach at kasara station and take a train towards Mumbai. we reached at some safely by 4:00 pm with fonded memories of night I spent. my adventure Drew to a close, only for another to Begin soon .....😎🚩

How to Reach Base village Bari for Kalsubai :

      Igatpuri and Kasara is a nearest town to reach Bari. Igatpuri is 40 km from Bari and 60 to 65 km from kasara.
one can reached Bari by reaching kasara rail away station, the Government ST buss take you to the base village,you can take the buss for Akole which drop you at Bari village..
