It’s an onset of an off season for us at PixelDo as we can’t fly drones during the monsoons. Apart from that the visibility is not very good and we can’t shoot such images for commercial projects.
So we thought of utilizing this time by planning a road trip from Mumbai to Spiti. We decided to shoot aerial videos at various places and bring it to you to enjoy these exceptional views. This video from Lonar Lake is first in this sequence.
Lonar Lake is a saline soda lake located at Lonar in Buldhana district, Maharashtra, India, which was created by a meteor impact during the Pleistocene Epoch and it is the only known hyper velocity impact crater in basaltic rock anywhere on earth.
We know that drones are banned but we don’t find any reason to not fly at places where it is not harming anyone. Basically, these videos are our contribution to the growth of tourism. People will get to know about these beautiful places and our journey throughout might just encourage them to visit as well.
