I would like to share my trekking experience of last Monsoon. Its time for saying bye to Summer and welcoming the lovely monsoon. So I would like to share my last monsoon trek experience. We all know monsoon is famous for its lovable weather environment. And it is also know for trekking. Many people plan their trips during Monsoon, they want to be the part of the beautiful green nature. So if you want to do something adventurous or want to enjoy nature or want to do both, than I would suggest you for Trek to "Bhimashankar". An ancient shrine situated in the Sahyadri Hills int the State Of Maharashtra. It is well known temple. It is Located in the village of Bhorgiri north west of Khed and 125km away from Pune.
If you are some were near Mumbai, than you can go by Train from CST to Nerul (East). From there you can grab a local Vehicle for Bhimashankar Trek Way (while travelling do enjoy the Greenery). Over there you can have local snacks. After all this, you can start your trek with a wood in one hand, backpacks on the back while uttering "Hari Om" throughout. It was a beautiful place characterized by big mountains, cloudy and rainy weather, full of greenery and most importantly the breathtaking waterfalls.
