When I was in 8th standard we had one chapter based on hill station in English subject. That chapter was described everything about Matheran so well that anyone will fall in love by just reading the experience of Matheran by writer. If someone ask you the address of heaven then you can definitely give him/her co-ordinates of Matheran for sure. During monsoon and winter this place is beyond imaginable. And trekking to garbett plateau is different experience to have in monsoon. Lush green grass over mountains and river flowing through zig zag mountains will definitely make some place in your heart. Western ghats are my all time favourite but only regret is that, it doesn't get snowfall 😁. Foggy trails, tall waterfalls, refreshing air and drizzle makes perfect place to enjoy. Matheran is the smallest hill station in India. #NotInNorth
