The Sentinel Hotel

I have arrived in the capital On the occasion of the Republic Day of India. Yes it was 25 th January Evening. And it was #republicday2019.
First of all, I checked in the super luxury hotel in Jasola Apollo location named - The Senital hotel.
It was such a luxury. After a comfortable luxury, I firstly moved on to a night out on the Delhi metro heading towards Bangla Sahib gurudwara nearby Rajiv Chowk. After staying there till 1:00 AM. It was North India's cold and it was 6 degrees and I.... Continues

Day 3

We were in the 26th January. And here I was in cold and heat of excitement about the parade and the gathering of thousands of people around the rajpath leading from Parliament House to India gate. It was like a war on the streets of the Capital. Every street from Rajiv Chowk to India Gate was filled with commandos, snipers and police vans. Police petrol was so high that I thought maybe I should go back to my hotel or I shouldn't be here.
But I got my guts to high and reached India gate. There I saw some of the artworks by the Government officials with flowers as photos attached. I liked it. There I saw a lot of people being having enjoying the night of Republic Day of India. And as I was standing there, suddenly I saw from few meters, suddenly the traffic has been stopped and the few army trucks are being moving. As I went down the road, I saw it was the parade trucks,vans, guns, aviation equipments and defence equipment being transported to the start of the parade.
And it was 3 AM, I stand there and saw every vehicle to move down the street. It was not that what you see on the TV screens but it was definitely more attractive than on TV screens.

So yeah I loved the moment and I moved back to my hotel. As it was cold and I've seen more than Required to charm me with the Indian Republic parade.
