UNESCO World Heritage Site Ellora is the largest Rock Cut caves complex in the world. There are more than 100 caves in Ellora cave complex, however only of which 34 caves are open for tourists. To clarify, there are 12 Buddhist Caves, 5 Jain and 17 Hindu Caves in this cave complex, and most importantly, all the caves located in the same area. Subsequently, this is a place of religious harmony. The biggest attraction of Ellora Caves is “Kailash Temple” which is a milestone in the architectural and artistic progress of humans in human history. Kailash Temple in Ellora Caves is the biggest monolithic work by humans. Single rock is carved on a top-down approach to creating the world’s biggest art in a single rock. Chariot of Lord Shiva in the centre with many Hindu mythological stories and characters are depicted on stone with sheer perfection. Travellers can explore important caves at Ellora in 3 to 4 hours depending upon speed and traffic. Visit Daulatabad Fort is a very important ground fort located near Ellora Caves. The history and architecture of the fort are very impressive and certainly, it is one. Bibi Ka Maqbara is located right in Aurangabad town and the monument is similar to the Taj Mahal.
