Day 1
Boarded the flight to Madurai from Bengaluru and it took only 55mins to reach..
Landed to Madurai and decided to stay there for a day to visit the most famous temple in India...
Meenakshi Amman or Meenakshi Sundareshwar temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati...
Visited Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace on the same day. Remember the song " Tere bina beswadi ratiyan" from Guru Movie. Yes the shooting was done here.
Day 2
Took a government bus at 8am to Kodaikanal from the nearest intercity bus stop and it took exactly 4hrs to reach the valley. Then dropped my backpack in the hotel and left to roam around.
Day 4
Dolphin's Nose Trek. Completed the trek in the morning and said goodbye to the misty valley..
