The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability

Sometimes, due to natural calamities such as snowfall, landslides, customers at those properties tend to extend their stay, which results in unavailability

All Indian tourists are required to carry valid photo IDs issued by any Govt. institution, for the inner line permits

25% advance at the time of booking confirmation

75% balance 25 days prior to the travel date

In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation

Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with parents without extra bed

Children between 5-12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate

2nd child between 5-12 years sharing parent’s bed have to pay extra as per the prescribed rate

30 Days prior to the date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged

15-25 Days prior to the date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged

15 Days less prior to the date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged

All the arrangements for the tour are pre-planned and prepaid

In case of not completion of the tour due to any reason whatsoever there will not be any refund for any unutilised services

Any extra expense due any alteration has to be paid extra
