Life is not fair to everyone. Yet everyone has to fight every up and down the face in their life. Some people experience the unfair behavior of life in the form of cancer. But this is the time to stand with them, laugh with them, and give them a glimpse of a wholesome life.
This is the time to prove that cancer is a disease that can be fought against. Life is not over after cancer is diagnosed. Life is undoubtedly a never-ending track where we have to choose our next path. Everyone has that spirit of living life to its best.
A great initiative was taken:
One of such greatest initiatives has been taken by The Aina Muceniece Virotherapy Foundation. Professor Aina Muceniece is one of the greatest scientists of Latvia and the founder of practical virotherapy and the discoverer of the ECHO-7 virus.
The objective behind the initiative:
The objective behind this step is clear, that is to make the patients feel alive among all others and take a moment to live their lives to its fullest whilst they are having their proper treatments. All the activities are supported by the professional doctors' team. All the inspirational individuals get together from different geographical locations to conquer Mont Blanc.
The Alps climbing project initiation:
Aina Muceniece Virotherapy Foundation and the “Mountain Group” took the first great step to put a start to this project of gathering the cancerous patients from all around the world and The journey was initiated from 29 July to August 12,2017.
Active participation of people:
From all around the world, 8 cancer patients with different stages and forms of malignant cancer united in the journey of their lives - to climb Mont Blanc.
For many patients who participated, the fight against cancer continues during the climb, but this does not affect their decision to inspire others.
The Holy Grail of the campaign:
When it comes to the grails of this project, we see that the true purpose of starting this journey was to encourage and motivate oncology patients and survivors to overcome their disease and building their self-esteem against malignant cancer to make it easier for them to fight against it and come back to a healthy, normal life.
About the campaign:
The climbing task starts along with the proper preparatory training of patients so that they can be able to climb the highest peaks of the European Union, Mont Blanc with wholesome confidence and fearlessly. Climbing instructors are getting patients to achieve their goals by polishing climbing skills and making them do they have never dared to.
Having an experience of 30 years in climbing, instructors believe that climbing the high peaks of 4810m is never an easy task, the routes and rock walls are pretty challenging, but it was made easy by the strong instructions of their professional trainers. Eight patients, who believed themselves to be the real warriors climbed the peaks and defeated the hard obstacles they came through in this entire journey, gave a loud message of living their lives to their best.
The real cancer warriors:
These are 8 real people, with real diagnosis, who are highly inspired by life and took part in climbing the high peaks.
They convey the true message of life to people who do not value it much. Facing the same disease, they are all united by the fight against it.
All of them are highly impassionate. Their deed of climbing the mounts symbolizes their spirit and fight against cancer. They are the true inspiration for the world and also for the people who seem to not value life whereas every single moment is precious and worth fighting for.
The adventure lasted for two weeks with intense training, and at the end of the adventure, each of the cancer patients reached their own peaks of life and Mont Blanc.
This exciting journey can be seen in the film- Another taste of life and it is recommended to watch for everyone to find inspiration in moments when life causes difficulties, as a reminder not to give up and keep fighting.
