You're only given a little spark of madness, you mustn't lose it - Robin Williams

Life gets boring when you stay in your limits. There is a first time for everything.. First time where I was looking forward for my first foreign trip that to alone there was an amalgamation of fear, fun, madness, happiness & lots of butterflies in my stomach. I was all set for my trip to Singapore, Bali & Malaysia. Booked myself Indigo flight from Chennai to Singapore, in about 3 hours I landed in Changi Airport. Though I haven't slept for than 24 Hours due to excitement my eyes were wide open since the time I landed in Singapore Changi Airport.

Looking around, talking with people to figure out the way to reach my hotel Grand Hyatt. There were many Indians, out of them I managed to talk to 1 Indian couple for commuting to hotel & they guided me to take MTR. That was my first time to travel in MTR, quite reasonable, quick & safe. After I checked-in at Grand Hyatt, its time to implement whatever information I have gathered to see the city.

Day I - I bought a bus tour ticket of SGD 33 which took me to Merlion Park, Raffles Landing Site, National Orchid Garden where the blooming flowers, fountain & peaceful ambience make it ideal place to go for a long walk or just relax and Yueh Hai Ching Temple ( Temple of Love ) wherein I tied red strings together while praying and watching a local couple. They told me later its to bless their romance. Tour was ended me wandering in Chinatown which is a mix of old & new filled with shops, cafes and stores.

Day II - Super excited for Universal Studios & Sentosa Island. Bought a ticket at the entrance of Universal Studios SGD 175 to experience the magic that conjures blockbusters on screen, characters from animated films, adventurous feeling of roller coaster rides and was mesmerized by shows on silver screen. You actually need a full day to experience this.

Day III - Gardens by the bay which is next to the Marina reservoir & is in about 250 acres. Just wanted to stop watch so that I can spend some more time there. There is flower dome, cloud forest which consists of different levels and different themes to display the flower & gardens.

Quickly these 3 days were over and I boarded Jetstar from Singapore to Bali. Pilot made announcement of landing and my heart was in my mouth because it was all sea. I was thinking are we landing in water ?? By the time we touched the runway. I looked outside my window & again thought what a perfecto location of airport. Hired a cab to stay in Grand Hyatt Bali. Yes, we are millionaires there but if you don't have the knowledge of currency then you might land up in crises. Paid him IDR 100000. Bali is the perfect blend of sun, sand & sea. Got tanned too. F

or 3 days I visited Ubud monkey forest, Kuta beach, Nusa Dua, rice fields, temple visit & pampered myself with balinese massage. Many water sports activity one must try like snorkelling, surfing, scuba diving. Nature at its best.

Then comes my last destination of this trip - Malaysia. The capital of Malaysia is called KL by locals. Beautiful location of Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur wherein right from lobby to my room I got the view of Petronas Twin Towers - a pair of glass and steel clad sky scrapers and Islamic motifs. The towers also offer public sky bridge and observation deck offers an exhilarating view of KL city centre. Don't forget to do window shopping from Suria KLCC Shopping Mall which also has a massive aquaria and food court. Just a short walk away is KLCC Park has jogging track, walking paths, water fountains.

Took Air Asia flight back to Chennai. That's the end of trip.. Finally would like to say - What you visualise that you materialize !!
