Today after a long 7 hr flight from. Kolkata via malyasia we finally reached bali. On the first day we visted the ulu watu temple in southern tip of the island. Afterward we had our dinner on the jimbaran beach.
The next day after having our breakfast we headed toward to try the infamous luwak coffee at the hidden garden of bali. After tasting the tea we went towards gitgit waterfall, twin lake, ulun danu betran temple and nugnug waterfall and tasted the local fried rice know as nasi goreng at a themed restaurant named warung garasi at ubud the term warung means restaurant and garasi mean garage.
After having a so called nap for 2 hrs it was time for me to climb my first volcanic mountain mount batur it was a moderate trek of 4hr to catch the sunrise from the top of the mountain. The view was amazing. After finishing our trek we headed back to our hotel at ubud slept for 4hrs and went to the money forest at ubud. We rented a scooty there and explored ubud for the rest of the day.
After having a great break fast we left ubud and went towards tukad cepung waterfall it was by far the best water fall i have seen. The water was cold and so refreshing. Later on we went to the gates of heaven and tirtha ganga. It was great day exploring such wonderful places. We ended our day at seminyak
The best day of the trip for me. Today we went on a day trip to nusa penida it was the most beautiful day of my life. The views were jaw dropping literally i have no words to explain how majestic it was. We visted the klinking beach, broken beach, angels bilabong crystal beach.
It is the final day we return to india. But before that we went to the infamous tanah lot temple. Prayed to the gods and felt blessed. At the end of the trip i must bali is a place every one should visit the food the culture the people.... Everything was so great and i am sure it was not my last visit... I will be back soon.
