Itinerary

Day 1

Munnar
Your Kerala Holiday starts right from your arrival at Cochin.
Upon arrival our representative will heartily greet you and assist you in transferring to Munnar which will take around 3.5 hours.
The meandering road that leads to Munnar offers scenic vistas of natural beauty.
Enroute Munnar you can visit the following:
Cheyyara waterfalls - It's rumored to be a favorite spot for local wildlife to cool off during the scorching summers!
Valara waterfalls - Nestled amidst the lush greenery of Munnar's pristine landscape, this enchanting waterfall with its breathtaking 1000-foot drop, is a popular filming location.
Karadipara viewpoint - This viewpoint is famous for its resemblance to the face of a wild elephant when seen from a distance.
Spice plantations - In the lush hills of Munnar, spice plantations are a sensory delight, where the air is infused with a tantalizing blend of fragrances.
Tea Gardens - Munnar is home to some of the highest tea plantations in the world, reaching elevations of over 7,000 feet!
On arrival at Munnar check into the hotel.
You can spend the rest of the day as you please.

Day 2

Munnar
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Munnar.
Flower Garden - This garden boasts over 400 species of exotic flowers, making it a paradise for floral enthusiasts!
Jungle Honey Bee Nest – This is where these tiny pollinators create their golden treasure amidst lush greenery. These remarkable creatures produce honey that boasts a unique blend of flavors thanks to the diverse flora of the rainforest.
Mattupetty Dam - Just 10km from Munnar, it's a favorite haunt for playful elephants who often visit for a refreshing dip.
Photo Point - This picturesque spot offers breathtaking views of lush tea gardens and, fun fact, was once featured in a famous Bollywood movie.
Echo Point - 15km from Munnar, it is a natural wonder where your voice bounces back to you with surprising clarity, making it a delightful spot for visitors seeking a unique acoustic experience.
Kundala Lake - 23 km from Munnar, this charming lake's unique pedal boats, shaped like giant swans, offer a whimsical way to explore its crystal-clear waters! Each trip lasts around 30 min and will be closed at 4:30PM.
Munnar Tea Museum & Tea factory - Discover the fascinating journey from leaf to cup while sipping on some of the world's finest teas amidst breathtaking scenery. This museum remains open from 10AM till 4PM every day, closed on Monday. There is a fee of INR 75/- per head for entrance.
Blossom Park - Home to over 40 species of butterflies, this is a paradise for nature lovers.
Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3

Munnar-Thekkady
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Then gear-up for the drive to Thekkady that will take around 3.5 hours.
Upon arrival check into the hotel.
Later proceed for Boat cruises on the Periyar Lake - Periyar Lake is not just a serene reservoir but also a sanctuary for wildlife enthusiasts. This picturesque lake is home to the largest wild population of Asian elephants.
Visit a Spice plantation - Thekkady is known for growing some of the world's most aromatic and flavorful spices, including cardamom, pepper, and cloves.
Indulge in an elephant ride.
Go shopping.
If you feel like you can even head for cultural shows etc. (optional activities)
Later back to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4

Thekkady-Alleppey (Houseboat)
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey which is 4 hours away.
Check in to the Houseboat.
Sit and relax in the heavenly ambiance of the Houseboat and enjoy the scenic vistas of emerald-green paddy fields, rustic village and stunning temples.
The lunch, evening tea/coffee with snacks, dinner and overnight stay will be on the Houseboat.

Day 5

Alleppey-Kovalam
After breakfast proceed to Kovalam which takes 4 hours to reach.
Check in to the beach resort.
Later proceed to Kovalam beach and spend sometime at the beach.
Return to the resort in the evening return and stay overnight at the resort.

Day 6

Kovalam-Trivandrum City Tour-Kovalam
Post breakfast at the hotel proceed for Trivandrum City Tour.
The city is festooned by the historical charm and beauty that enhance the beauty of the city.
The sightseeing places included in the tour are:
Padmanabha Swamy Temple - This ancient temple where history intertwines with spirituality boasts of the world's richest treasure vaults, shrouded in secrecy for centuries.
Kuthiramalika Museum - History meets art in a palace adorned with over 100 horses carved in wood! Step into a world where each horse has a unique story to tell.
The Napier Museum - It is a treasure trove of art and history where it houses a 400-year-old Japanese shadow play leather puppet.
Art Gallery – The Gallery’s most famous painting was created entirely using coffee as a medium. You must explore this caffeinated masterpiece!
Kovalam Zoo - It's the only zoo in India with a breathtaking coastal view.
Overnight stay at Kovalam (Optional visit -Poovar Island-boating).

Day 7

Trivandrum/Departure
After breakfast check out from the hotel.
Transfer to Trivandrum Airport/Railway station for the departure.

• The Package for 4 people is including 2 separate houseboats, in case of one houseboat with 2 bedroom option prices will go down depending upon category.

• Cab Pickup and drop is from Airport to Airport

• Cab timings are from Morning to evening covering all the sightseeing's and we wont be responsible in case any location is closed or missed due to timing issue

For Hotels the checking time is 2pm and for houseboat is 12:00 noon

• Meal Plan for the hotels is CPAI

• Meal Plan for Houseboat is APAI

• Honeymoon Inclusions for the houseboat (Flower Bed decoration, candle light dinner and cake) will cost additional 1500 for deluxe and 2000 for premium and Luxury category

• For Periyar Tiger reserve boating please book the tickets in advance directly, we wont be able to take the booking request, link - www.periyartigerreserve.org

Tickets for Kathakali Show and Martial Art Show can be purchased directly once the guests reach Thekkady

• Shikara Boat ride can be booked for 1500 per hour in Alleppey payable directly (for 2 pax)

• AC Timings for the Deluxe Houseboat is 9pm to 6am

• Luxury Houseboat mentioned is with 1bd jacuzzi, in case jacuzzi is not available, a similar non - jacuzzi luxury houseboat will be provided.

• Hotel rooms currently mentioned are with base category and Non ac, for ac rooms, additional charges needs to be paid and same needs to be conveyed at the time of booking confirmation "Rooms are subject to availability. If rooms are not available at a particular hotel similar category of hotel will be provided

• AC will not be allotted in the cab on hilly areas. In case of AC required on hilly areas extra charge will be applicable

• Driver will follow the itinerary to cover all sightseeing

• Cab will not be provided on disposable basis

• Driver will not entertain market visit until it is mentioned in the itinerary

• In case of Force majeure, Natural Calamities, Epidemics or any other unforeseen circumstances if the package is canceled, we will provide you the same package on a different future date (Not more than 6 months after situation gets normal) and there shall be no refunds in such cases

• If cancelled within 10 days of journey date, cancellation charges: 100%

• No show or same day cancellation charges: 100%.
