As per the Invoice Detail

Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 500/- Per Person

From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost

From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost

From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost

7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable

Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
