This two-week Panchase trek takes you through varied landscapes, hills, passes, and forests; also through several raw and rustic villages. Raw in a sense that the villages are exclusively traditional, modernity has barely touched them. You will find them pretty peaceful and pleasant.
Above all, the view of the mountains at sunrise from the Panchase Danda at an altitude of 2,250 meters will be hugely captivating. It includes the views of Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Himchuli, Annapurna South and Lamjung Himal.
In addition to it, the Panchase trek also goes through a lush forest for considerably longer. It allows you to view beautiful birds and some friendly mammals. You will assuredly have one of the best times in the forests, an atmosphere filled with chirps and rustles. Part of the same trek, Pokhara to Bhumdi will be admirably memorable. The panoramic view of Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli, Manaslu, and Annapurna range will be very enthralling.
Ghandruk, Vadaure, Syaulibazar, and Phedi are some of the beautiful villages you will be traversing across. Ghandruk is especially popular for treks in the Annapurna region. It is the second biggest village in this region. It has a traditional Gurung Museum that displays traditional artifacts and equipment. It is a great place to learn and enjoy Gurung ethnicity. Likewise, other villages too are equally exotic.
Not the least, prior to all this wilderness, you will visit some of the amazing religious, cultural, and historical sites in the Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara. In Kathmandu, you will make a visit to the Swoymabhunath and Patan. The Swoyambhunath Stupa, an ancient religious architecture atop a hill, is absolutely stunning. It is the most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site.
Next, your visit to Patan, a city inside the valley, will bring you a lot of religious, cultural, and historical wonders. It hosts several temples and monasteries, making the city a center of Buddhist and Hindu culture. Its other highlights are the Ashoka Stupas and Patan Durbar Square. In fact, the city is full of temples, statues, stone and bronze carvings, and the like. And, Pokhara is a sort of heaven. It is a marvel. Pokhara, the tourism capital, will mesmerize you with its Devis Falls, Gupteshwori Cave, and Fewa lake.
