Kasol -
We reached to kasol and fall in love with the place.we stayed in whoopers hostel which was very amazing and cheap as well.In the evening we sat across the parvati river and enjoyed the sound of running water with some light music.we trekked to a small village called chalal village which was a 3-4 km of trek.
We didn't know the way and the dog you can see in the picture hash guided us to the whole trek.In the evening we visited kasol market and went to the most famous Jim Morrison cafe in kasol. At night we had some music and bonfire and here the day ends.
Kheerganga -
From kasol we took a bus to manikaran and from there hired a cab to barsaini which cost us 100 rs per person. We took all the necessary equipments required for trekking as it was not a easy trek to say in winters.
The group was very enthusiastic we didn't even hired a trek guide.the trail was very steep and slippery.it was a 4-5 hours of trek.we crossed through the huge mountains covered with snow.our first stop was nakhtan village.we had some rest there ,redbull session time and started our journey to our rudranag base camp.we reached rudranag at 2 pm in the noon and had rest for an hour and after that started trekking to kheerganga. brownie the dog you can see in the picture guided us to the whole 14 kilometre of track to kheerganga. The way was very risky and slippery .it was our mere luck that it started snowing and it was like a dream come true.after so much of difficulties we reached kheerganga.there was a 10 feets on snow and it felt like we went totally down in snow.our feets were freezing and we stayed in camps there .it was a amazing experience.
