I have been in kasol for more than a two weeks now and have been staying at different places. Most of these places are established by outsiders who are not very much aware of this beautiful location of kasol.
Last week, I got a chance to explore and stay with this very welcoming family who runs the oldest homestay in whole kasol area. Dream Valley homestay.
It was a really an amazing experience with them and their hospitality is mind blowing. It seems as if I have been staying with my own family.
I spent 3 nights with them and I can’t thank them enough for hosting me and giving me this opportunity to stay with them and guidance to my journey for spiti valley.
This place is very much convenient for anyone who wants to stay near the main market of kasol and also make the best of his/her invested money. The food quality is really scrumptious and they have organic farms to serve the delicious meals.
This is best suited for anyone who is either a solo traveller or travelling with group. The view from terrace is really breathtaking and phenomenal to capture. I can’t wait to visit again at Dream Valley homestay.
My review:
When I am travelling I would never prefer to stay in the mainstream market as it is all commercial to gain financial profit. Unlike other business, they are literally running this beautiful homestay with ample parking space. It is a best suited for family travel and for long stay for those who want to stay connected with the main kasol market. Their food is really yummy and the best part is they grow their own veggies and cook organically. If you want to feel like to home in the mountains in kasol, away from your home. Dream valley is the place for you.
