Kasol-Tosh-Kheerganga

After boarding a Volvo from Delhi @ 9' o clock at night, reached Bhuntar at morning around 9'o clock. Then boarded a bus to Kasol. Met beautiful people & observed the culture around. At Kasol , had lunch at ' The evergreen '. They had delicious eateries to check out & the inbuilt aura would render your mind in a different world. Hired a cab till tosh for RS 1000 around. One can also travel by bus for RS 60 . At tosh , we checked out the famous ' The pink Floyd Cafe '. Their egg Curry is a must try.

Started the day with the sunrise. And prepped up for ' the Kheerganga trek . After a heavy breakfast & renting out hiking boots & sticks. We started from  Barshaini for the 13 KM trek ( One way ). And it was a lifetime thrilling adventure. The trek was a mix of Rocky & typical snow & ice trail ( quite dangerous) , with the  great sublime Parvati River flowing just beneath us. The beauty of the grandeaur of nature , winter , snow , River , trees & the lovely people out there at those beautiful villages like Nakthan will surely make you feel grateful for the life we are all blessed with.

Took 5hrs 30 mins to reach at the top of Kheerganga. the path was quite narrow ,full of ice & snow , with Parvati river just flowing beside you( one step wrong & ....) , which made reaching at the top like one of the biggest achievements of my life . But once we reached at the top , it was worth it.  We realized what a beautiful life this universe has designed for all of us. The good , the bad , the sadness , happiness , fear , courage , hope , light everything made sense. 'All we have is now. '

The famous holy hot spring melted away all our tiredness & worries. Amidst the freezing temperature & beautiful sights , imagine slipping into warm water , forgetting & forgiving everything that wasn't kind to you . And mustering up all the love for the life & the world we are blessed to live in.

The best realisation was - with all it's beauty & risks - nature & universe loves the brave.  We are all just passerbys' in this life yet nature still loves & let's go of us ( the temporary ). We should learn from it. It has a lot to teach. Look around.

At night , camped out at the top under the stars , met different people & ideas from all over the country , listened & laughed at all the similarities & differences. Loved the wonderful experience. 

After heading back from Kheerganga , travelled back to Kasol & took our bus at night.

Reached Delhi.
