Kasuali is a walker's paradise. Six-seven hours from Delhi by road, the quaint sleepy hill town has still not been touched as much by rampant commercialization. So one can still walk in the hills, on its myriad winding roads and see the whole town in a day. Walk through its cobbled roads and quaint markets selling wooden trinkets and more, gorge on bun samosas, momos, noodles, and omnipresent Punjabi food, marvel at the peaceful Christ Church right in the town square, relish the varied flavours of Himcu's fruit wines, lose yourself on foggy roads, and at night, settle in your cosy hotel with a bonfire, to keep you and the memories of this lovely, village of a town warm.
