Known as the Scotland of India, Coorg honoured us with its mystically green ambiance and completely drenched us with the rain and rejuvenating environment.
Coorg is known for it's greenery, falls, Madikeri fort and Kushalnagar monastery.
We were bit disappointed as due to monsoon we were not able to visit falls.
But in spite of this setback, Coorg had a lot to offer to us.
During our two days stay we visited raja seat, Madekeri fort, Omkareshwar Temple, Tala Kaveri, Nisargdhama Forest
and the biggest attraction was Kushalnagar monastery, where we literally found peace of our mind.
There is no doubt that this place is one of The places for couples but if you are interested to spent some quality time alone without any disturbance, surrounded by lush green forest, then you can plan a trip to this place.
