Trek along side by sea to Gokarna beach 

We travel overnight to reach a small town kumta, not far from sea sore. We freshen up, had breakfast and prepared our self to start for the whole day journey.

My first beach, small and very less crowded. Since it was early morning, I could see the fisherman boats coming and going into that vast horizon. The sun was up and its rays were making seawater mesmerising. We started walking from one beach to another.

By the time we reached Heaven beach. it already started getting dark. This is where we were supposed to camp. We had trekked total 13km on the first day. This beach is isolated and very calm. Lighthouse, Gokarna is visible from here. We pitched out tent, spend hours in sea water and later sat at the beach - Calm, peaceful, untroubled and beautiful. For dinner, we had food, which we brought with us. We played few games at night before going to sleep under the stars :).

Early morning was very beautiful and refreshing. I saw the sun rising from the Horizon of Ocean for the first time. We had breakfast at near by house at minimal cost and soon left for the second-day journey.

But first, we had to cross one backwater with a ferry near Aghanashini. There is also an Aghanashini Fish Market, from where you can get fresh and cheap fish directly from the fisherman. Aghanashini-Nirwana-Beach trail is there on the other side and could be easily spoted.

By it was 5 O'clock, we finally manage to reach here, trekking nearly 11 Km since morning. Due to being the main beach, it was very crowed. Some of us went into the water, I prefer not to. Later we visited Mahabaleshwar temple and soon after left for Bangalore.
