It was 22nd January, a monday and I should have been feeling monday blues but the only blue thing around was the beautiful blue(you won't believe it unless you see it!!) Arabian Sea. Snorkeling in the warm waters, floating away with the currents was a soothing and calming experience.
Adrenaline was pumping through my body when I sat on the edge of the boat with a cylinder strapped to my back ready to plummet into the water and experience the deep blue bliss for the next half an hour.
Note: It is not necessary to know swimming to undertake the dive, so chill!!
Booking
You will have to contact an organization(West Coast Adventures in our case) and check for the availability(it depends upon the number of participants on that particular day). It is better to do this before you book your tickets to Murdeshwar. We had to pay some amount(online transfer) beforehand to confirm our reservation along with our shirt and shoe size details. West Coast Adventures charges Rs. 6000 per person, which includes the boat ride to Netrani island, snorkeling gear, 10 photographs and a 30 second video underwater.
