Day 1

Dubare Elephant camp:
Dubare especially known for its Elephant camp, it is a forest camp of Karnataka government located on the bank of river 'Kaveri'. It is famous for the Asian breed of elephants. Here I see how elephants were trained for world-famous Mysore Dussehra.

And I experienced  some more adventure activities like trekking, river rafting and stay. You must experience river rafting you will love it like me, you can get a short ride at Rs.600 px. You can also experience wildlife here.

I get easily accessible via Mangalore -Mysore-Khusalnagar. Here you would find Dubare camp board. It is 174kms from Mangalore towards Khushalnagar.

Chiklihole Dam:
Chiklihole dam is a small dam across the river 'Chiklihole' which is the sister river of Kaveri. The dam is located near 'Nanjarayapattana'.A famous tourist place.

Here I get to know that this dam is active since 1985 which can store up to 5.0mcm. Sometimes it's a picnic spot for near ones. A beautiful evening I spent with my loved ones where I got heartthrob view of the sunset, surrounded by green lavish forest. A peaceful walk over a dam which gives me pleasure. Here I make best memories by clicking photos.

I easily reached there and it is hardly 10 minutes drive from Dubare forest camp approx 5kms. You have to hire a private taxi because public transport is not connected to the dam.

Cauvery Nisargadhama:
A delta which is formed by river Kaveri, a type of Island. The place where I feel more comforatbale by surrounding atmosphere.

This is a famous tourist attraction for the wildlife sanctuary, beautiful photography and boating. Ideal for Couples, I suggest my loved ones to visit this beautiful island where they can spend Quality time like me. A walkthrough in the eco-park gives me more energy. And then  I get confused between bridges.

Here I stay for a night  in cottages at the tariff of 600-1000 Rs. I have a joyful time in the lap of mother nature.

I reached here easily it is 3kms away from Kushal Nagar a busy town.

Day 2

Abbi waterfall:

Hard work always surprises us with happiness,  like l was surprised. Yeah, a hard work required to reach a waterfall by a short trek. It is the most beautiful waterfalls among western ghat till now. A trek where I found the finest coffee plantation in the world. And as w coffee love, I bring back some coffee from small stores with a lot of memories. I make my every second joyful in the view of falls.

Easily, I reached here it is about 8 km from Coorg.

Mandalpatti:

A jeep tour to mandalpatti is a offroad trip which is an unforgettable memory for me. I got surprised by amazing views and I get the some best pictures I ever have.

At the height of 1600 meter, I was fall in love with mother nature. The place where heaven meets earth.

Tibetan Monastery/Golden temple:

Namdroling Tibetan monastery is a beautifully architected, situated in Bylakuppe.

This is the most popular tourist destination in Coorg. Popularly known as Golden temple, because of the Golden statue of Buddha.

It established in 1963 and home of 6000 monks and nuns. And it is the largest teaching centre of Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in the world, where I participated in daily evening session. It hosts several ceremonies in a year, specially loser(tibetian new year).

It is about 3 km from khushalnagar.

Raja's Seat:

First I thought by its name it is the seat of raja. But when I reached there I get to know that  earlier in ancient time, it is the favourite place of King, where he likes to spend time with his queens.

This place is also awesome for photographers who can get the best landscapes, perfect for wide-angle photography. When I was there, I was feeling I am inbetween wide green lavish valley. Here I entertain myself by toy train.

Perfect of every weather, best for a family picnic. It is near to Madikeri town.

Bhagmandal:

Bhagamandal is a small village in Coorg District of Karnataka. This place is famous among tourist places, this is a pilgrimage place. It is famous for Bhagandeshwar temple which is an example of beautiful architecture.

Then I visited to the'Triveni Sangam' is the place where 3 rivers meet. It is about 30kms from Madikeri headquarters.

Talakaveri:

Talakaveri a beautiful temple and a source of river Kaveri. This is the must-visit place in Coorg. The place where I sat for while,  calmly and freshen up my mood. From here I get beautiful views of  and sunset.

It is situated near to bhagmandal temple.

Madikeri Fort:

This place is famous among tourists. This historical monument is beauty in itself when I enters in fort it gives me  a view of 360° which is covered by green mountains. Then I visited to museum inside the fort which displays the weaponry at the Era of Tipu Sultan.

Now this fort is the place of some government officials, due to which fort was well maintained. The fort was built in 17the century by Mudduraja.

I reached here easily, very easy accessible from all major cities.

Omkareshwara Temple:

This is a Shiva temple a famous tourist spot. This temples built in the 18th century.

This is mainly famous for its architecture when I visit there, I thought it is a mosque, it all because of Islamic architecture. Another reason which makes attracts me more, a water tank inside temple premises, where I saw different varieties of beautiful fishes.

I reached here without any hassle. This temple is situated in Madikeri town.

My experience of Coorg is unforgettable, The place where I can spend my time with my family, friend and heartthrob views.
