Bengalore/Bengaluru is also known as Silicon Valley of India you will be amazed to know that there are few hidden places near by which should be a must visit.

Bangalore Palace

Not much people are aware of Bangalore palace, which was constructed by Chamaraja Wodeyar in 19th century. Noy much people from Bangalore visit to this place but it has been considered as one of the most outstanding palaces built in 19th century in India.

Nandi Hills

I assure you this is the first place anyone visits after coming to Bangalore. Nandi Hills is well known for it's sun rises and sun sets, this place is a hill top and feels close to nature. On a good day you can witness clouds floating under you.

Wonderla

It was awarded as one of the best water parks in India and Bangalorens do proud of that. There is a reason people of Bangalore love to visit Wonderla with family and friends. This place has more that 50 wet and dry rides.

Iskcon Temple

Bangalore's Iskcon temple is one of the biggest Sri Radha Krishna Iskcon temple in the world.

Devanahalli Fort

Malla Byre Gwda Od Avathi, a Viayanagara empire vassal built a mud fort at Devanadoddi in 1501. Hyder Ali reconstructed the fort in stone in the late 18th century, resulting in the current structure.

Innovative Film City

It is just 40kms from Bangalore and situated on the out skirt. It is a Indian movie theater themed park located in Bidadi. It is a good place to spend a day with friends and family. Kids can enjoy a lot here.

Cubbon Park

This is one of the most attracted place in the middle of city. It has statues of some famous personalities like Chamarajendra Wodeyar, Sir Mark Cubbon etc.

Chola Temples

There are lot of temples scattered all over Bangalore and they are very ancient. It will be a paradise for history buffs will relish visits to some of these temples that are more than 1500 years old.

Tipu Sultan's Palace

This summer palace is Bangalore is a great example of Indo-Islamic architecture in India. It was the summer residence of Tipu Sultan, the Mysore ruler. it can be a good one day outing from Bangalore.

Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium

It is a center of astronomy and will be a perfect place for someone who is interested in space. The sky theater is the major attraction of this place. This place can be a learning for youngsters.
