Day 1 - Bangalore To Agumbe(Bahot Maza Ane Wala Hai)
Actually it was my fourth time when i was travelling to Agumbe but this time it was my first time with my Dearestt friend Because she is not a travel friendly person and I am passionate about travel and trekking and i love Agumbe and i can come every year to this beautiful place.but i knew I ll enjoy to the core if she agrees to come with me ,so we decided to go for a Budget friendly Trip and booked the Bus ticket in SRS travelers (Non AC Sleeper) to Agumbe in 500 rs each(very Affordable).it was 8 hours journey,it was very comfortable and affordable journey.once we reached Agumbe we booked a Room in Mallya Hotel (littile issue with cleanliness but very affordable)and it's just opposite to Agumbe Bus stand in 700 rs you can choose Deluxe room also as per your Budget and Requirements which will cost more then 1000 RS, Since this Hotel is situated in centre of the city Agumbe so it's very easy to visit tourist places from here ,you can cooperate with Hotels Owner to get the Vehicles for visiting places, everything was available nearby this Hotel including food ,water, milk, transportation. First Day we decided to take rest Bec it started raining that Day, but it didn't go waste because we have completed our photoshoots by visiting nearby places like Farming Fields and Forest Areas.so ended our first day with Tasty food and Heavenly Tea from Mayura Hotel (Everything was under 30 to 35 Rs) and had a nice Sleep Because our trip was about to start next Day.
Day 2- Agumbe Journey Started Here (KavaleDurga Fort se Sunset point Tak)
So our Day 2 started with beautiful sunrise from our room window and morning was soo Beautiful that we didn't want to waste our time,we got ready fast fast fast and went to nearby Forest River Area and did some photoshoots there .then decided to visit 2 places that's Kavaledurga fort and sunset point..since we wanted to travel in Budget we took a Bus from Agumbe to Thirthalli (plz note there are no direct Bus to Kavaledurga from Agumbe ) once we reached Thirthalli we got know for Kavaledurga fort there are buses comes in every 1 hour nd guess what we missed that bus just before five mins reaching there we had to wait for 1 hour.. then we decided not waste more time we starting looking other ways and transportation to reach there.after asking many people we took one more bus from Thirthalli to Salur kondlore, from Salur we took an auto and reached on time. It's a 2km Trekk ,Kavaledurga is also called Bhuvanagiri has a stronghold of the Nayakas of Keladi. Kavaledurga is a hidden beauty in the Western Ghats. The place is best known for its fort which was built in the 9th century. The fort has seven water bodies and access to water all year long. And the View was awsome there ,we spent good 2 to 3 hours there.then came back to Salur from same auto ,then bus to Thirthalli ,then direct Bus to sunset point- it was a beautiful orangy sunset???? best part we reached there aram se but didn't come back aram se we literally had to walk 1km to search for a transportation we were enjoying walking nd were having fun , we cracked some Jokes too with my friend who was acting very cool, but got panicked when i told if u walk for some more time u can meet new friends too(leapord nd cobras ????) jokes apart, full day went well only problem we faced in transportation is only with Auto,Which is very costly here.
Then back to our fav food spot Mayura Hotel had food heavenly tea then back to our room.
Day 3 yet to start wait and watch
Day 3- This Day goes to My Friend she was Speechless (Magical Moment for us)
So finally it was our last day in Agumbe, and we were already very excited to see other areas in Agumbe before taking our Bus to Bangalore,So we decided to cover 2 places- Sun rise in kundadri Hills and Jogi Gundi Falls, we had planned for Barkana Falls also but due to bad weather conditions it was closed for some days it opens only after 1st November till June.So we left for Kundadri Hills by Auto at 5 o clock in the morning and reached by 6 o clock -15 km Journey. And i must say it was one of my Magical Moment to see such a Beautiful Sunrise it was soo Heavenly that i got a thought to spend rest of my life living there only.
View was worth watching awsome and i was totally speechless.my friend said only one word to me with so much emotions 'Thank You'.we spent 3hours there then headed towards Jogi Kundi Falls it is a Beautiful waterfall situated close to the road between Agumbe & Barkana Falls. One thing I noticed once u keep your leg inside the water you can get a nice Fish Spa we had fun laugh there then came back to our Hotel.had some rest . And took our SRS Travelers Bus and Back to Bangalore..
