Kudremukh is the heaven in South India blessed with lush green meadows everywhere the charismatic effect of the place remains forever insight. It surprises everyone with its beauty and also the third highest peak in Karnataka makes it challenging at the same time. An ideal place if you love nature and can't resist being in the wild.
In Kannada,'Kudre' means Horse and 'Mukha' means Face and literally Kudremukh means Horse-face and gets its name because of a specific view of the mountain which almost resembles a horse's face. It is a trek of moderate difficulty, a weekend is all you need to hike this mountain. The landscape you traverse will mostly be wide green grasslands, and a few patches of forest.

ITINERARY
Kudremukh Trek Itinerary
Day 1
Overnight Journey to Kudremukh | Begin with the Trek
On Friday, Get picked up in Bangalore from the following points and start your Kudremukh trekking tour.
Begin your overnight journey to Kudermukh.
On the first day of your Kudremukh trek, you will reach Kudremukh National Park around 06:00 AM.
After having breakfast, we will reach the base camp.
By 09:00 AM, we will start trekking to the top of Kudremukh Peak which is around 22 KM both the ways.
En route to the peak, have lunch in the midway.
Once we reach the top, all of us can enjoy the relishing view of the serenity the peak has to offer.
Return to the base camp around 06:00 PM after a trek to Kudremukh.
Enjoy the bonfire.
Have the lip-smacking dinner and retire for the night.
Day 2
Sightseeing | End of Trek
On Day 2, around 08:00 AM, you will grab a scrumptious breakfast.
Start from Kudremukh National Park and head to visit the nearby waterfall
Enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the waterfall and calm your soul.
Have a self-sponsored lunch on the way back from the Kudremukh trek.
Return to Bangalore around 10:00 PM and get back home with splendid memories,
