So there we were Hampi, it was a long weekend and a perfect getaway. We packed our gear and left but unfortunately it never did go according to the plan, it was the busiest month of the year so all the rooms in hampi were booked and someplaces charged 2k perday, Eventually we settled for a room for 1.5k per day, since they have banned from renting motor vehicles we were forced to use auto services and the fare was not fair.So we resorted to the age old human transportation our own legs and we hiked, trekked, ran. We finally covered most of our destination and got some beautiful clicks of serene views and the food is something i must talk about,They always serve you fresh but the only downfall it takes a lot of time hence the wifi to kill time so everyplace is equipped with Wifi. The best part about the whole trek was we met lots of kind and respectable people can't remember all the names but to name a few David Jaffe from South africa,Vincent Campfens from holland, George from Ohio (Cold place), Rory From UK (Not so cold place). To sum it all up it was worth the trip but not worth the expenditure.Word of advice plan everything in advance or else have a thick wallet (i mean with money and not visiting cards)
