It’s Shiva’s temple on the shore of kaveri river. Powerful deity and peaceful atmosphere. Old sculpture with nicely carved stories.Darshan would have been more enjoyable.When you see the temple, the first word comes to mind is huge.
Inside, there are many small temple's, besides the main temple. Lot of carvings , lot of sculptures. One can easily spend a day.
Outside ,there is a big Lord Shiva statue, nice open space and a garden.
The whole experience is pleasing.
